I am writing you this letter with great enthusiasm regarding the fantastic job that you have completed in my new home. As you know, we have purchased a new condominium. In building our condominium, we started our home electronic system guided by the developer and contractors. We were guided to your subcontractors. The original company that we started with was very professional. Their quality of work was superb. Their system was state of the art and as high end as possible. They did all the pre-wiring and system set up. After closing on our condo, they were to complete installation.

After our closing, I had the chance to evaluate other companies and the opportunity to meet you. Without knowing their bids and estimated cost, I gave you the complete outline of what needed to be done to complete the project. Their bid to complete the project was almost $50,000. Your bid without knowing their price came in as just under $30,000, a significant difference for the same product! Without your knowledge, I was able to contact some of your other customers and their references were excellent. They praised you for the work you has done.

We moved forward and you proceeded to complete the project. Your quality of work was equal, if not better. You were very time efficient, very reliable and completed things on schedule as promised. Once the system was completed, your tutoring and educational process for us was quick, explicit and very easy to understand. Follow up service for minor problems, which were mostly on my part and my wife’s part of not understanding how things needed to be performed, was expedited in a timely fashion. We have had no mechanical or electronic failures. We are 100% pleased!

If we have any additions in the future to our system, we will certainly have you do them, as well. Should we ever change residence and require a new system, you would be our first and only choice. Thank you for the excellent service.

I wanted to take an opportunity to write you and thank you and your team for a job very well done on our home theater installation. I also promised to share final pictures (attached). As you know, we came back to Watsons because of our experience with you when we purchased our Spa and related accessories. We were interested in doing an end to end home theater installation (projector, screen, in wall/ceiling speakers, new and existing audio/video components, theater seating, etc) and we wanted the capability to control all components and all lighting from a single remote without having to ever touch the system or configure anything at all.

Your team was wonderful in providing the right level of education and after having the system installed for over 2 months now, it works as your team said it would when I first visited your store. The picture, sound and ease of use is beyond anything we could have imagined. I also want to thank you and your team for being incredibly professional, and caring about every little detail. I wanted to share with you my experience buying and installing my first home theater.

First being such a large purchase, and my limited knowledge of projectors and home theater installation, I really appreciated David’s patience and thoroughness in walking me through each option and the value of where to invest more versus places to save money to create the ideal theater within my budget. I would recommend him/envisions to all of my friends. The two guys who installed the home theater (Michael Grimsley) were equally great; they were tremendously professional installing the equipment and offering recommendations to maximize the performance of the theater. They were very careful putting down drop cloths, cleaning up everything afterwards. The installation is just perfect.

And they even helped me sell my wife on that the 100” screen was just perfect for the space, ‘going smaller just wouldn’t truly utilize the full potential of the system’… Thanks Guys!

As I realize you are just getting your business established I would be more than happy to offer recommendations or if you would like to come take pictures of the final product. I am having my furniture delivered in Mid Feb. so it will look even better then.
